摘要
交易费用理论和企业核心能力理论对组织边界的解释不能够完全满足现实的需要。网络组织理论从另一个侧面来分析企业集群的组织边界。各种不同类型的关系联结了集群内的企业,通过密度、强度和规模这三个维度来测度关系,以达到界定企业集群边界的目的。
The theories of transaction cost and firm core competence to explain organizational boundaries can not fully meet the real needs.From another perspective,network organization theory analyzes the enterprise cluster organizational boundary.Different types of relations connect with firms in enterprise clusters.Through density,intensity and scale relations are measured in order to achieve the final purpose of defining.enterprise cluster organizational boundary.
