欧阳修生前,其名“”就被俗写成“修”,虽然本人并不愿意接受,最终却无可奈何被迫默从。除“醉翁”、“六一居士”等自号外,按姓氏、行第、籍贯、官职、封爵、谥号等,欧阳修还有许多的别称。
Ouyang Xiu's courtesy name"脩"was written as"修"during his litetime.Although he didn't like to accept but finally he had no choice but to tacitly consent to it.In addition to Ouyang Xiu's courtesy name he was also known as Zuiweng,Liuyi Ju-shi,etc.according to his family name,seniority among siblings,native place,government post,rank and posthumous title,etc.
