摘要
真空断路器灭弧室的真空度是保证真空开关绝缘性能和灭弧性能的重要技术指标,真空开关的真空度测试已经成为真空开关周期性检查和预防性试验的重要内容之一,本文介绍了几种真空度的现场检测方法,通过对真空断路器的灭弧室真空度降低原因的分析,说明了真空度测试仪的试验原理,并提出了利用真空度测试仪对真空开关进行真空度测试的一些问题和注意事项。
The vacuity of the arc-extinguish chamber of a vacuum circuit breaker is an important technical index to insure its dielectric insulation and arc extinguishing characteristics. The vacuity test has become one of the most important items during periodical and prevention maintenance of the vacuum breakers. This paper introduces several methods for measuring their vacuity. After cause analysis of vacuity deterioration of arc-extinguish chamber, this paper illustrates the work principle of the vacuity tester, and mentions some problems and warnings when using this tester to test the vacuity of the vacuum breakers.
