摘要
探讨了将BJT和FET的三种基本放大电路放在一起进行对比教学的方法。在工程近似分析时,采用低频混合π型等效电路并忽略晶体管的rbb的情况下,这两种有源器件具有相同的低频小信号电路模型,从而导出了BJT和FET放大电路基本统一的输入电阻、输出电阻和电压增益的表达式。简化了电路分析,提高了教学效率。
Comparison of teaching method of the three BJT and FET basic amplifiers together is introduced. Under the circumstance of similar engineering analysis and neglect of transistor Tbb. , there exist similar low frequency hybrid - π circuit models for both devices BJT and FET. This leads to unified formulas for the voltage gain, input resistance and output resistance. The circuit analysis is simplified and teaching efficiency is enhanced.
