摘要
干细胞在子宫内膜的再生和修复中起重要作用,但是其迁移和不当植入使其在子宫内膜异位症的发生中也起了重要作用。了解干细胞的迁移和分化对探索子宫内膜异位症的发病机制至关重要,而控制干细胞的迁移,充分利用干细胞基因治疗的优势,有助于寻找治疗子宫内膜异位症的新方法。本文从发病机制和治疗两个方面入手,探讨干细胞和子宫内膜异位症的关系。
Stem cells not only play an important role in the regeneration and repair of the endometrium,but their migration and improper implantation also push forward an immense influence on the pathogenesis,which are essential for the occurrence of endometriosis.Understanding the migration and differentiation of stem cells is vital to explore the pathogenesis of endometriosis.Controlling migration of stem cells and making the best of the unique advantages of gene therapy will help to finding new treatments method of endometriosis.In this paper,the relationship between stem cells and endometriosis was discussed based on the pathogenesis and treatment of endometriosis.
