基于激光测距技术核心元件SPAD的分析与研究

摘要 单光子雪崩光电二极管(SPAD:Single Photon Avalanche Diode)技术采用盖革模式下的雪崩光电二极管作为核心探测器,具有高灵敏度、高增益、高速等特点,在激光测距应用上具有显著优势。基于SPAD技术的激光测距研究吸引了世界各大研究机构和众多高科技公司的注意力,发展势头非常迅猛,有望成为无人驾驶领域中激光雷达应用的新一代核心探测器。详细描述了不同研究单位对SPAD技术在激光测距应用上的研究现状,以国内外最新研究成果为切入点,着重分析其SPAD探测器的设计原理、应用成果等,深入剖析SPAD技术在激光测距应用中的优缺点,预测了其发展趋势及应用前景。 SPAD(Single Photon Avalanche Diode)technology uses avalanche photodiode in Geiger mode as the core detector.It has the characteristics of high sensitivity,high gain and high speed,which has significant advantages in laser ranging applications.Laser ranging research based on SPAD technology has attracted great attention of major research institutions and many high-tech companies in the world.It has a very rapid development,and is expected to become a new generation of core detectors for lidar applications in the field of unmanned vehicles.This paper describes the research status of SPAD technology in laser ranging application in different research institutes in details.Based on the latest research results at home and abroad,the design principle and application results of SPAD detector are emphatically analyzed.The advantages and disadvantages of SPAD technology in laser ranging application are deeply analyzed,and its development trend and application prospects are predicted.
