摘要
随着激光医学的不断发展,产生海量激光医学信息,如何有效管理激光医学信息以及提高激光医学信息的传输效率成为当前研究的热点和难点,设计基于光通信的激光医学信息管理系统,采用光通信管理模块调制出的激光电流驱动信号,驱动光通信节点管理模块传递和解析光通信节点中的激光医疗信息;资源配置模块采用核心元数据管理理念描述和组织解析出的激光医学信息,标准化处理激光医学信息。采用KNN算法和基于域数加权的分层KNN算法根据激光医学信息特点,实现激光医学信息分类。实验结果表明,所设计系统管理激光医学信息的传输丢包率低,集成性和抗压性佳。
With the continuous development of laser medicine,a huge amount of laser medical information has been generated.How to effectively manage laser medical information and improve the transmission efficiency of laser medical information has become a hot and difficult topic in current research.A laser medical information management system based on optical communication is designed.The laser current drive signal modulated by optical communication management module is used to drive the optical communication node management module to transmit and analyze the laser medical information in optical communication nodes.The resource allocation module uses the core metadata management concept to describe and organize the laser medical information and standardize the processing of laser medical information.The KNN algorithm and the hierarchical KNN algorithm based on domain number weighting are used to classify laser medical information according to the characteristics of laser medical information.The experimental results show that the system has low packet loss rate,good integration and pressure resistance.
