摘要
传统的光纤传感器多点温度测量系统中,由于采样位数偏低和编程时间过长,导致温度测量精度不高,并且这些温度测量系统普遍采用RS-485串口的通信方式,存在着监测范围较小等局限性,对多点温度进行快速的在线高精密测量产生了一定的影响,针对上述问题,设计一种基于光纤传感器的多点温度在线高精密测量系统。给出了光纤传感器的特性分析、多点温度测量系统的硬件设计和软件设计,介绍了虚拟仪器软件结构的三个层面和三个功能模块的设计。分别为用户应用层、测量程序层和仪器设备层,串口通信接收数据模块、测量数据显示模块、测量数据显示模块。测试结果表明,所设计系统测量完成时间较短、准确率较高。
In the traditional fiber optic sensor multi-point temperature measurement system,due to the low sampling digits and long programming time,the temperature measurement accuracy is not high,and these temperature measurement systems generally adopt the RS-485 serial communication mode,and there is a monitoring range.Smaller and other limitations have a certain impact on fast online high-precision measurement of multi-point temperature.To solve the above problems,a multi-point temperature online high-precision measurement system based on fiber optic sensor is designed.The characteristics analysis of fiber optic sensor,the hardware design and software design of multipoint temperature measurement system are given.The three levels of virtual instrument software structure and the design of three functional modules are introduced.They are user application layer,measurement program layer and instrument device layer,serial communication receiving data module,measurement data display module and measurement data display module.The test results show that the designed system has a shorter measurement completion time and higher accuracy.
