摘要
农产品物流园区发展有利于调动农户、批发商、农产品加工企业、零售商等主体参与农产品物流的积极性,契合了农产品物流园区以市场为导向、以农产品生产为根本、进而实现加工增值的特点。当前我国农产品物流园区发展仍然存在诸多问题,主要是缺乏长期的科学规划、完善的基础设施、健全的扶持政策和科学的盈利模式等。基于价值链管理理论,农产品物流园区发展在价值生产环节应向上游产业延伸,在价值实现环节应向下游产业延伸,同时结合物流、管理技术提升和人力资源、基础设施完善,在价值研发和价值管理环节实现突破,以全面提高我国农产品物流园区的发展水平。
The development of agricultural logistics zone is benefit to arouse the activity of peasant, wholesaler, agricultural processing enterprise and retailer to participate in agricultural logistics, which matches the characteristics of market as guidance, agricultural production as root to realize processing appreciation of agricultural logistics zone. Currently, there are a lot of problems in the development of China's agricultural logistics zone, including lack of long-run scientific plan, lack of perfect infrastructure, lack of complete supporting policy and lack of scientific profit pattern. Based on the theory of value chain management, the development of agricultural logistics zone should extend to the upstream enterprise in the value production section, extend to downstream enterprise in value realizing section, and combine with logistics and management technology to raise human resource and infrastructure, make breakthrough in R&D and value management section to make full-round improvement in the development level of China's agricultural logistics zone.
