摘要
盗窃类案件是侦查工作中最常见的案件类型,分析盗窃类案件犯罪嫌疑人的特征能为侦查部门有的放矢地开展相关工作提供有益的思考和启发。对24名在押盗窃类案件犯罪嫌疑人进行调查,结果表明:男性犯罪嫌疑人、21岁-40岁年龄段的犯罪嫌疑人、高中以下文化程度的犯罪嫌疑人、农村户口的犯罪嫌疑人、外地人口的犯罪嫌疑人、没有前科的犯罪嫌疑人、偏内向、偏外向与开朗乐观性格特征的犯罪嫌疑人、在犯罪前意识到自己行为是犯罪的犯罪嫌疑人、对犯罪进行外部归因的犯罪嫌疑人是盗窃类案件的主要主体。
The theft and burglar cases are typical cases usually seen in the investigation work. Analyzing the characteristics of those suspects in these cases can provide beneficial thinking and enlightenments for investiga-tion departments. Through the analysis of 24 suspects in custody, the results show that the characteristics of those suspects include as follows: male, aged in 21-40, education background below senior high school, with village registered permanent residence, non-native persons, having no criminal records, suspects with introversion, ex-traversion and optimistic, being aware of crimes before actions and owing the causes to external factors.
