派出所规范化建设是提高派出所工作质量和效率的有效途径,是加强派出所建设的有效载体。科学界定派出所的职责任务是派出所规范化建设的核心,建立科学的勤务制度是基础,强化内务管理是内在要求,多策并举、服务群众是根本宗旨,完善考核奖励机制是重要保证。
Police station's standardized construction is an effective way to improve working quality and efficiency, also which is an effective carrier to strengthen police station's standardized construction. Scientifically decide duty of police station is the core of police station's standardized construction, founding an scientific institution of duty is the basis, strengthening inside management is the inside request, with various tactics, servicing for the people is the basic aim.
