摘要
无人驾驶飞行器所特有的空域监控视角广、低空成像清晰以及地空联动通信便捷的特性,不仅使公安机关能在短时间内全面获取案发事件现场的第一手资料,提高了公安机关快速响应能力、指挥决策能力,也在一定程度上实现了侦查工作由被动发现到主动追踪、由广度信息群到轨迹信息链的变革。而无人机侦查作为一种侦查技术的变革发展,其在侦查工作中应用未来以及实践工作中所面临的问题也成为当前公安工作关注的重点。
UAV( Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) has special wide airspace monitoring vision,clear imaging in low altitude and convenient linkage correspondence between land and air,which not only makes public security organ obtain the first-hand data of case spot completely in a short time and improve the ability of quick response,commanding and decision-making of public security organ,but also achieve the change of investigation work from passive finding to active trace,from wide information group to track information chain in certain degree.As a change development of investigation technology,future application of UAV in investigation and problems in practice work are also the focus of present public security work.
