稀土化合物Er_2FeSb_2首次放电性能研究

摘要 制备了化学计量比为Er2FeSb2的稀土化合物,X射线粉末衍射表明Fe固溶于稀土化合物ErSb,固溶度达到20at.%,合金保持NaCl型面心立方结构,晶格常数由于Fe的固溶而增大。利用恒电流充放电方法测定了化合物的电化学性能,首次冲放电循环表明Er2FeSb2具有2个明显放电平台,放电容量达到673.6 mAh/g,每个分子式平均放电容量为16.0 e/formula,合金电池放电能量为386.9 mAhV/g。 Rare earth compounds Er2FeSb2 was prepared and examined by X-ray powder diffraction.The analysis showed that the alloy crystallized in face-centered-cubic NaCl-type structure,the crystal constants increased due to the solid contribution of iron in ErSb,the solid contribution was about 20 at.%.The electrochemical property of the alloy is carried out by galvanostatic method.The first charge and discharge experiment showed that the alloy Er2FeSb2 had two clear and wide discharge potential ranges and the discharge capacity was 673.6 mAh / g,about 16.0 e / formula.Furthermore,the alloys discharge electric energy was about 386.9 mAhV / g.
