摘要
目的探讨肩胛骨骨折合并锁骨骨折的治疗方法。方法10例肩胛骨骨折合并锁骨骨折患者,其中8例行切开复位用重建板内固定肩胛骨骨折、锁骨骨折患者,2例只用重建板内固定锁骨骨折,肩胛骨骨折行保守治疗,术后2～4周进行肩关节功能锻炼。结果10例患者骨折均骨愈合。9例获随访,8例肩关节功能恢复优良,1例可。结论肩胛骨骨折合并锁骨骨折切开复位内固定,恢复了正常的解剖形态和力学结构,且固定牢固,是一种安全有效的治疗方法。
Objective:To explore the treament methods of scapular fractures associated with clavicle fractures.Methods:Among 10 cases with scapular fractures associated with clavicle fractures,8 cases were treated with open reduction and internal fixation with plate,2 cases were treated with internal fixation in clavicle fracture and expectant treatment in scapular fracture,and began the function exercise of shoulder joint at two-four weeks after operation.Results: All patients were healed,9 cases were followed up,among of them,8 cases got excellent functional recovery of the shoulder joint and one satisfactory.Conclusion: Open reduction and plate fixation reconstruction is an effective and safe treatment method for scapular fractures associated with clavicle fractures.
