摘要
目的探讨围绝经期妇女异常阴道流血的病因。方法分析198例围绝经期异常阴道流血的子宫内膜和子宫颈组织病理检查结果。结果(1)围绝经期异常阴道流血的主要病因是功能失调性子宫出血(62.63%)。其子宫内膜的表现主要为增生过长(69.35%)。(2)肿瘤是围绝经期异常阴道流血的第二大发病原因(16.67%),以子宫肌瘤常见。(3)妊娠性疾病的发病率较低(4.04%)。结论围绝经期妇女异常阴道流血的主要病因是性腺轴内分泌失调,同时注意排外肿瘤。
Objective:To discuss the causes of the abnormal vaginal bleeding in perimenopausal woman.Methods:To analysis the pathological results of endometrium and cervis uterus in 198 perimenopausal women with abnormal uterine bleeding cases.Results:The pathological results showed that the first cause of abnormal uterine bleeding was menstrual disorder(62.63%),the rate of endometrial hyperplasia was 69.36%,the second cause was tumour(16.67%),the common tumour was uterus myoma,and the disease of pregnancy was the lowest.Conclusion:The menstrual disorder is the main cause of the abnormal uterine bleeding in perimenopausal woman,and at the same time the tumour should be excluded.
