摘要
目的探讨优质病房的舒适护理模式。方法采用自行设计调查表对运用舒适护理前后的100例患者在输液环境、护士的技术操作及服务质量的满意度等方面进行调查。结果通过在输液的全过程中实施舒适护理,使病人的总体满意度由70.1%上升到95.3%。结论舒适护理运用于优质病房静脉输液,提高了"以人为本"的整体护理质量。
Objective: To explore the application of the comfortable nursing care in the High Grade Ward.Methods: 100 patients from the High Grade Ward were received the comfortable nursing care in the process of venous transfusion.Through self-designed questionnaire,the authors investigated the satisfaction rates of the patients about the transfusion circumstance,the nurses' operation technique and the service quality before and after the intervention.Results: We found that the total satisfaction rate of the patients was significantly increased from 70.1% to 95.3%.Conclusion: Comfortable nursing care can improve the patients' satisfaction and the nursing quality.
