摘要
目的根据骨科患者疾病本身及治疗的特殊性,从护理人员、医院、病人三方面总结分析了当前骨科护理工作中常见的安全隐患及管理对策。方法对护理人员加强法律法规职业道德和安全教育,建立健全并落实各项规章制度,加强"三基三严"训练及专科业务学习,重视医患沟通,完善护理文书书写,建立和完善护理安全质量监控管理。结果护理人员提高了法律、安全意识和自身素质,有效地避免了各种护理差错和纠纷,提高了护理质量,确保了医疗护理安全。结论通过分析新形势下骨科医疗安全隐患,加强护理安全管理,对确保医疗安全具有重要意义。
Objective: According to the particularity of the orthopedics diseases and the treatments,this paper analyzed the safey hidden trouble of orthopedics nursing and the countermeasure from three aspect: paramedics,hospital and patients.Methods: Focused and efective measures were taken,emphasizing the policy of putting prevention first.Results: The nursing personnel raised recognition of law、the occupation moralas and safety,and avoided various nursing mistake and dispute,raised nursing quality,insured a medical treatment and nursing a safety.Conclusion: It is important for medical treatment and nursing a safety through analyzeing hidden trouble of orthopedics nursing and countermeasure、stengthenning safe quality supervision management.
