摘要
目的观察米非司酮联合桂枝茯苓胶囊保守治疗异位妊娠的临床效果。方法154例异位妊娠患者分为两组,进行米非司酮50mg每日二次与米非司酮25mg每日二次配伍桂枝茯苓胶囊。观察治疗前后β-HCG、B超包块、尿HCG监测、月经恢复。结果有123例患者保守治疗有效,血β-HCG下降至正常所需时间为51～2d,盆腔包块消失时间为1～2个月,总有效率80.1%。结论米非司酮联合桂枝茯苓治疗无出血或少出血的早期异位妊娠是一种较好的保守治疗方法。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect that mifepristone unites the conservative treatment ectopic pregnancy of guizhifuling jiaonang.Methods: The 154 regular patients of ectopic pregnancy divide into two groups,carry out mifepristone 50mg every day twice with mifepristone 25mg every day guizhifuling jiaonang of compatibility of medicines.Observe treatment around β-HCG and B exceed bale piece and urine HCG inspection,menstruation is resumed.Results: It is effective to have 123 regular patient conservative treatments,blood β-HCG drop to the time that needed normally is 5～12 days,the bale of pelvic cavity piece disappear time is 1～2 month,always effective 80.1%.Conclusions: The mifepristone joint treatment of guizhifuling jiaonang is a kind of better conservative treatment method without the early ectopic pregnancy of bleeding or few bleeding.
