摘要
明晰绿色民航概念是实现行业统筹发展的前提。本文采用文献调查法、专家小组讨论法和问卷调查法,界定绿色民航的内涵包括"节约环保"、"高质量发展"、"协调发展"和"人本发展"。采用有序多分类回归模型,探索绿色民航的实施路径。研究发现,统筹机场规划建设、推动空域体制改革、APU替代、机场车辆"油改电"等措施路径成效显著。研究结论有利于完善绿色民航发展工作体系。
Clarifying the concept of green civil aviation is the prerequisite for achieving coordinated development of the industry. This paper uses literature survey method, expert panel discussion method and questionnaire survey method to define the connotation of green civil aviation including'saving environmental protection','high quality development','coordinated development'and'human development'. Use the ordered multi-classification regression model to explore the implementation path of green civil aviation. The study found that the measures to coordinate airport planning and construction, promote airspace system reform, APU replacement, and airport vehicles'oil to electricity'have achieved remarkable results. The research conclusions are conducive to improving the green civil aviation development work system.
