新信息技术推动了高校图书馆的变革与发展 ,也对图书馆员工提出了更高要求。
New information technique not only promoted reformation and development of the College Library,but also put forward a higher degree demand for the librarian. Strengthening innate quality education to the adult college librarian is especially important.
