摘要
我国教科书审定制度的研究主要围绕教科书审定制度存在之必要性、制度的关键要素以及与国外相关制度的比较研究展开,具体包含:国家是否有权审定教科书;教科书的审定标准、审定主体、审定程序;英、美、日、德等国教科书审定制度的比较。未来研究应着重以下方面:关注立法研究,推进教科书审定法制化;强化程序研究,提高教科书审定的科学性;注重实证研究,建设有中国特色的教科书审定制度。
Researches on textbook censorship in China mainly focus on the cessity of the existence of textbook censorship, the key elements of textbook censor-ship, as well as the domestic and foreign comparative study. The essay contains whether the country has the right to censor textbook;standard, bodies, procedures of censorship;a comparative study of textbook censorship system in other countries. The research on textbook censorship in the future should focus on the following as-pects :focus on legislation research and promote the legalization of textbook censor-ship;strengthen the study of procedure and improve the scientific nature of textbook censorship;focus on empirical research and build textbook censorship with Chinese characteristics.
