摘要
电连接器广泛的应用于各种技术系统及大型系统的电气中枢中,起着传输能量和信号的重要作用。本文统计了分离脱落电连接器现场失效案例,根据四种失效模式对其进行分类。确定了主要失效模式是接触失效和绝缘失效,并对上述两种主要失效模式进行失效机理分析。根据分离脱落电连接器加工工艺流程,分析得出影响分离脱落电连接器失效的关键工艺,并从工艺角度提出改进和提高分离脱落电连接器可靠性的相关建议。针对插针收口这一关键工艺,选择其中一种典型失效案例,应用所提出的相关建议对工艺进行优化,对比优化前后插孔数据的均值,可得到优化后插孔外径尺寸均值的极差和方差都显著减小,其波动情况得到了改善,进一步验证了提出优化方法的可行性。
Electrical connectors are widely used in a variety of technical systems and large systems in the electrical center,playing a key role in the transmission of energy and signals.This paper analyzes the dataof separation connectors and classifies them according to four failure modes.Theclassification results shows that the main failure modes of the separation connector are contact failure and insulation failure,whose failure mechanism analysis have been conducted as well.Thekey process affected the failure of the separation connector arestudiedon the basic of analysis about separation connectormanufacture procedure.Threeadvice for improving the reliability of separation connectors have been discussed from the technical point of view.One failurecase of pin closing isselected.The related proposed in this paper were used to optimize the process.Therange and thevariance of the optimized data are significantly reduced and the fluctuations have been improved,which proves theoptimized method is more feasible.
