摘要
将两种培养基中培养的西瓜枯萎病菌孢子悬浮液分别采用灌根法、浸根法和蘸胚根法进行接种试验。结果表明,浸根法接种的发病率最高,达到94.7%,灌根法接种的发病率最低,仅为69.7%;浸根法接种后症状的潜育期只有4天,另外两种方法的潜育期分别为8天和9天;蘸根法和浸根法结果稳定性好;蘸胚根法操作最简便,而浸根法最为复杂。
Watermelon blast fungus sporule suspension cultured in two kinds of medium was inoculated to watermelon seedlings separately.It showed that irrigating root had 69.7% disease incidence,incubation period of symptom8days.Soaping root had 94.7% dis ease incidence,incubation period of symptom4days,good fruit sta-bility,most complex op eration.Dipping root had a moderate disease incidence,incubation period of symptom9days,good fruit stability and simple operation.
