摘要
PGM-48型钢轨打磨车走行系统是集机、电、液、计算机等技术于一体的机电液一体化设备。以DLC控制系统为中心,阐述了其闭式走行液压系统、走行电液控制系统的原理和控制过程,围绕其可能出现的故障做了全面准确的诊断研究,提高了钢轨打磨车的运行效率,延长了使用寿命,降低了线路风险,同时为走行系统的故障信息融合提供了基础研究。
PGM-48-type rail grinder traveling system is a mechatronics equipment including mechanical,electrical,hydraulic,and computer technology.In this paper,describing its traveling closed hydraulic system,running electro-hydraulic control system theory and control process for its center of DLC control system.And making comprehensive and accurate study for its possible failure,improving the operating efficiency,extending the life and reduce the risk of rail grinder,providing the basic research integration for fault information fusion of traveling system.
