摘要
结合气动机械手的动作控制要求,实现了基于AT89S51单片机的简易气动机械手控制。给出了I/O接口电路等硬件设计、软件的设计思路和流程图。该气动机械手是集机械、电气、气动和控制于一体的典型机电一体化产品和教学载体,可提高学生开发单片机实际应用机电一体化产品的能力。
Combining the pneumatic manipulator movement control requirements,the simple pneumatic manipulator control is realized based on AT89S51 MCU.The paper puts forward the I/O interface circuit and other hardware design,and the design idea and flow chart of software is given.The pneumatic manipulator is a typical electromechanical integration products and integrated control of mechanical,electrical gas set.It is a good carrier of teaching,and it can improve the student's development of SCM application of electromechanical integration products.
