摘要 船舶机械动力中的滚动轴是其关键设备,在运行时由于与各机械部件产生摩擦,同时受到海上环境腐浊,运行时间久了会产生各类故障。为了保障HMM船舶航行的安全性﹑可靠性,滚动轴的故障定位需要准确。带有不等式约束和独立多观测方法首先对故障信号进行采集,建立基于马尔可夫的故障诊断模型,最后对模型进行了仿真。 Rolling shaft is the key equipment in marine mechanical power.Because of friction with various mechanical components and marine environment,various kinds of faults will occur when running for a long time.In order to protect HMM The safety and reliability of ship navigation and the fault location of rolling axle need to be accurately timed.With inequality constraints and independent Multi-observation method,the fault signal is collected firstly,and a fault diagnosis model based on Markov is constructed.Finally,the model is simulated.
