Calculation and analysis of ice load on polar vessel for different ice failure mode

摘要 基于700TEU极地PC5级多用途集装箱船,应用冰载荷解析算法,分别计算分析2种主要的海冰失效模式下,航速、冰厚对船体首部区域冰载荷影响,拟合得出它们之间的量化关系曲线。结果表明:不同的海冰失效模式下,航速、冰厚与船体首部区域冰载荷的量化关系有显著区别;2种主要的海冰失效模式将随层冰厚度、航速变化而发生转变。 Based on a polar general cargo/container carrier(700TEU,PC5),the influences of operating speed and ice thickness on ice load within the bow area are calculated and analyzed under two different ice failure mode by using analytic method,and the curve of quantitative relationship between them is obtained.The results show the quantitative relationships between operating speed,ice thickness and ice load are obvious different for different ice failure mode;the ice failure mode will change with the operating speed and ice thickness.
