摘要
针对某型LNG船液化气封闭舱内的泵塔,采用不同方法进行振动特性测试分析。应用激振试验测试方法获得了某型LNG船泵塔结构的模态,同时通过船舶在航行中不同运行工况下的振动测试,也提取到了泵塔的振动模态特性。对这2种方法的测试结果进行比较,二者吻合良好。表明变工况振动测试方法能够识别结构的模态,尤其适用于难以开展激振试验场合的结构振动特性测量。
Pump tower in liquefied gas closed cabin of a LNG carrier,the vibration characteristics of the pump tower in the LPG enclosed tank of a LNG carrier are tested and analyzed by different methods.The modal of the pump tower structure of a LNG carrier in obtained by means of the excitation test method.At the same time,the vibration characteristics of the pump tower are also extracted through the vibration test of the ship under different operating the voyage.The test results of these two methods are compared and they are in good agreement.It is showed that the vibration test method under variable working conditions can identify the modal of the structure,and is especially suitable for the measurement of structural vibration characteristics when it is difficult to carry out the excitation test.
