摘要
碳纤维复合材料作为轻型材料在减轻设备重量、提高设备强度方面的应用范围越来越广,随着海军舰艇显控台对重量和强度的要求不断提高,将碳纤维复合材料能够成功应用到海军舰艇显控台上已成当务之急。以碳纤维碳丝的制备与分类和碳纤维复合材料的成型工艺为基础,详细阐述了海军舰艇显控台碳纤维复合材料壳体的设计及工艺流程,其中包括分型设计、模具设计以及RTM工艺等,并对制造出的碳纤维复合材料的显控台进行摆锤冲击试验,验证了碳纤维复合材料的抗冲击性能以及其应用在海军舰艇显控台上的可能性。
As lightweight material the carbon fiber composite material play a key role in reducing weight and improving strength of the equipment.With the naval vessel console increasing demand on weight and strength,carbon fiber composite material can be successfully applied to the naval vessel console which has become the urgent matter of the moment.It introduces the preparation and classification of carbon fiber carbon filament.Based on the carbon fiber composite material mold technology,it elaborates the design and technological process of the naval vessel console carbon fiber composite material shell,which includes parting design,mold design,RTM technology and so on.It also carried out pendulum impact experiment on the produced carbon fiber console which verified the impact properties of carbon fiber composite material and the possibility that it could be applied in naval vessel console.
