摘要
船舶冷却器是船舶工作系统的重要组成部分,对于保证船舶稳定运行有关键性意义,一旦出现故障,会影响整艘船舶的工作,必须要寻找有效的故障诊断方法。传统的冷却器故障诊断方法采集的冷却器参数完备性和精准性很差,导致诊断结果不准确。为了解决此问题,研究了一种新的船舶冷却器故障诊断方法,分析了需要诊断的参数,将得到的参数与正常数值进行对比,诊断故障。为了检测该方法是否具有可行性,与传统方法进行对比,设计了仿真实验,实验结果表明,研究的方法可以精确完备地采集到船舶冷却器各参数,诊断出故障结果。
The vessel cooler is an important part of the ship’s working system. It is of vital significance to ensure the stable operation of the ship. Once the failure occurs, it will affect the work of the ship. It is necessary to find an effective fault diagnosis method. The traditional cooler fault diagnosis method is poor in completeness and accuracy of the cooler parameters, which leads to inaccurate diagnosis results. In order to solve this problem, a new fault diagnosis method for ship coolers is studied. The parameters needed to be diagnosed are analyzed, and the parameters are compared with the normal values,and the fault is diagnosed. In order to detect the feasibility of the method, the simulation experiment is designed and compared with the traditional method. The experimental results show that the research method can accurately and fully collect the parameters of the vessel cooler and diagnose the fault results.
