船舶加筋舱壁的隔音性能数值分析模型研究

摘要 船舶加筋舱壁隔音性能数值分析误差较大,是隔音性能数值分析模型的主要弊端,对此设计船舶加筋舱壁隔音性能数值分析模型。基于非声源噪声级分析公式,确定加筋舱壁隔音性能算法,将舱壁强梁包围的加筋板转化为四周固定支撑的单向周期加筋板区,进行区域分析计算,最后结合FE-SEA混合法和VAone软件平台的周期子系统模块,实现加筋舱壁隔音性能数值分析模型的建立。实验结果显示,相比较传统隔音性能数值分析模型,单音频环境下,隔音性能数值分析模型数值误差降低0.02,多元素音频环境下,误差降低0.05可以证明分析模型可以有效降低误差,数值分析更准确。 The numerical analysis error of acoustic insulation performance of ship reinforced bulkhead is large, which is the drawback of traditional numerical analysis model of acoustic insulation performance. Based on the sound source noise analysis formula and design of reinforced bulkhead sound insulation performance of algorithm, the bulkhead hardwood surrounded around the stiffened plate into the fixed support one-way cycle area analysis of stiffened plate, finally combined with FE-SEA mixing method and VAone cycle subsystem module of software platform, achieve reinforcement bulkhead sound insulation performance of numerical analysis model. Experimental results show that, compared with the traditional sound insulation performance of numerical analysis model of single audio environment, sound insulation performance of numerical analysis model of the numerical error reduce 0.02, multielement audio environment, 0.05 can be proven to reduce error analysis model can effectively reduce the error of numerical analysis more accurate.
