摘要
为了更好应对复杂的航行条件,对变冲击面载荷作用下船舶板架结构强冲击响应情况进行深入调查和研究,基于变冲击面三维波动函数算法对冲击流场强度和弹性影响参数进行计算,针对计算结果模拟出抗冲击船舶板架结构,分别对板架结构中的平板和加筋板的抗冲击响应效果进行优化。最后通过实验检测表明,结合变冲击面三维波动函数算法对船舶板架结构进行分析和优化可有效提高船舶板架的抗冲击性,保障船舶航行安全。
In the process of ship navigation, it is easy to be impacted by water jets such as wind and waves, which threatens the safety of ship navigation. In order to better deal with complex navigation conditions, the strong impact response of ship plate frame structure under variable impact surface load was investigated and studied in depth. based on the algorithm of variable impact surface three-dimensional wave function, the impact flow field strength and elastic influence parameters were calculated, in order to achieve the design goal of accurately solving the deck structure response under water column strong impact. According to the calculation results, the anti-impact ship plate frame structure was simulated, and the anti-impact response effects of plates and stiffened plates in the deck structure were optimized respectively. Finally, the experimental results show that the analysis and optimization of the overtime structure of the ship can effectively improve the impact resistance of the ship and ensure the safety of the ship navigation by combining with the variable impact surface three-dimensional wave function algorithm.
