摘要
为保障船舶航行信息准确直观的进行传输,对船舶监控视频图像的压缩与传输准确性要求进一步提高,由于传统船舶监控视频数据压缩和传输解压程序复杂、图像画质模糊,难以达到准确传输船舶数据画面的获取要求。基于上述背景,结合离散小波变换算法对船舶监控数据压缩与传输方法进行研究和优化,以提高数据传输的安全性和可靠性,达到精准快速的传输和恢复图像质量的设计目标。为检验该方法的有效性进行仿真实验,实验结果证实,结合小波算法的监控视频数据压缩与传输方法可有效提高图像数据处理过程中的抗干扰能力,有效获取图像特征,快速进行图像传输,达到了精准高效的设计目标,有利于保障船舶的航行安全。
In order to ensure the accurate and intuitive transmission of ship navigation information, the compression and transmission accuracy of ship monitoring video image is further improved. due to the complex compression and transmission decompression procedures of traditional ship monitoring video data, image quality is fuzzy, it is difficult to achieve the requirements of accurate transmission of ship data images. Based on the above background, combined with wavelet algorithm, the compression and transmission methods of ship monitoring data are studied and optimized, in order to improve the safety and reliability of data transmission, and achieve the design goal of accurate and fast transmission and image quality recovery. In order to verify the effectiveness of the method, simulation experiments are carried out. the experimental results show that the method of monitoring video data compression and transmission combined with wavelet algorithm can effectively improve the anti-interference ability in the process of image data processing, effectively obtain image features, and quickly carry out image transmission, achieving the goal of accurate and efficient design, and is conducive to ensuring the safety of navigation of ships.
