摘要
船舶动力系统的主轴转速高,船舶自身惯性大,船舶的制动响应具有一定滞后性。因此,提高船舶制动器的设计水平有重要意义。目前常用的船舶主机制动方式包括盘式制动、鼓式制动等多种类型,可以实现船舶主机和螺旋桨的快速制动。船舶盘形制动产生的振动和噪声不仅影响船载精密设备的性能,还会影响船舶工作人员的身体健康。因此,船舶盘形制动的噪声控制引起了研究人员的广泛关注。本文利用有限元分析软件Abaqus,对船舶盘形制动的振动和噪声进行了有限元复特征值分析,在此有限元分析基础上对船舶盘形制动器进行了结构和功能的改进。
The spindle speed of the ship power system is high, and the ship itself has large inertia, and the braking response of the ship has a certain hysteresis. Therefore, it is important to improve the design level of ship brake. At present, the main brake modes of marine main engine include disc brake, drum brake and so on, which can realize the fast braking of marine main engine and propeller. The performance of disc brake vibration and noise not only affects the ship precision equipment, physical health, but also affect the ship staff so the ship noise control of disc brake attracted the attention of researchers. Using finite element analysis software Abaqus, the vibration and noise of the disc brake of the finite element complex eigenvalue analysis based on finite element analysis of ship disc brake is improved in structure and function.
