摘要
海洋经济以及海洋贸易在我国经济中扮演着重要的角色,船舶的安全运输对于保障我国的海洋发展战略有着非常重要的意义。船舶视频监控系统是船舶监控的重要组成部分,可以有效保障船舶的运输安全,有效降低船舶运行风险。本文提出一种基于Exynos 4212的船舶视频监控系统,简要分析系统的功能和特点,并对视频监控中视频数据的压缩和传输进行设计。
Marine economy and Marine trade plays an important role in the economy in our country, the safety of the ship transportation to safeguard our country's Marine development strategy is of very important significance. The video monitoring system is an important part of ship monitoring and can effectively guarantee the ship's transport safety and reduce the risk of ship operation. This paper proposes a ship video monitoring system based on Exynos 4212, the brief analysis of the system function and characteristics, and video data compression and transmission of video monitoring has carried on the design.
