摘要
舰船舷窗在加工过程中,由于其特有的化学特性会对其制造模具造成一定程度的侵蚀,影响产品表面质量和性能,在实践中多对模具表面进行耐腐蚀性处理,提高模具表面的硬度、耐酸碱性及性能。基于多组舰船舷窗模具表层Ni-W处理实验,来探求单一种类的稳定剂,及多种不同稳定剂的组合,对舰船舷窗模具Ni-W层表面耐腐蚀性的影响。对实验结果进行分析表明:采用5 g/L的MnSO_4溶液、3 g/L的KI溶液及8 g/L的氟化物溶液的稳定剂组合,能够使舷窗玻壳模具Ni-W层表面耐腐蚀性达到最优,使用该模具制造的舰船舷窗表面质量及产品性能也最为稳定。
The ship porthole in the machining process, because of its unique chemical properties will cause a certain degree of erosion of the mould, affect the surface quality and performance of products, many of the mold surface in practice in corrosion resistance, hardness, acid and alkali resistance and improve the performance of die surface. Many groups of mold surface treatment Ni-W ship porthole experiment based on stabilizer to seek one kind of combination, and a variety of different stabilizers, influence on corrosion resistance of Ni-W layer on the surface of the ship porthole die. The analysis of experimental results show that the 5 solution, 3 solution, and 8 of the fluoride solution stabilizer combination, can make the porthole mold Ni-W layer surface corrosion resistance to achieve optimal, using the mold manufacturing ship porthole surface quality and product performance are the most stable.
