摘要
在既有建筑增设电梯施工过程中,由于施工条件的限制,实际焊接质量有可能不能实现图纸中表达的焊接连接方式,通过不同工况下的算例,针对既有建筑电梯增设中钢框架梁柱焊接连接不同方式的承载力进行对比分析,发现在实际焊接方式和焊接质量下的焊缝连接承载力比图纸要求的承载力低,采用角焊缝时的焊缝连接承载力降低更多,因此,应重视现场实际施工质量与图纸要求不一致而导致的承载力安全度不足的问题。
In the construction process of adding elevator in existing buildings,due to the limitation of construction conditions,the actual welding quality may not be able to realize the welding connection mode as expressed in the drawings.According to the comparison and analysis of the bearing capacity of steel frame beam and steel frame column connection in the existing building elevator,it is found that the bearing capacity of the weld joint under the actual welding mode and welding quality is lower than that required by the drawing.The bearing capacity of weld joint decreases more when adopting fillet weld,so attention should be paid to the problem that the safety degree of bearing capacity is insufficient due to the inconsistency between the actual construction quality and the drawing requirement.
