摘要
哈尔滨万达滑雪场主体结构复杂超限,基础受力形式多样。基础采用桩基,运用变刚度调平设计理念,通过对地质勘察报告地层参数指标和试验桩数据的分析,针对上部结构特点,不同区域选取不同桩型,分别为预应力管桩、超流态泥浆护壁灌注桩、大直径后压浆钻孔灌注桩。同时深入研究了抗水平力桩的性能特点,提出了基础抗水平力设计解决方案,论述了预应力拉梁与抗水平力桩协同受力原理及巨柱柱脚节点设计要点。
The main structure of Harbin Wanda Ski Resort was complex and exceeded the limit requirements of the code,and the forms of foundation were various.Pile foundation was used in foundation design,and variable stiffness leveling was used in foundation design.According to the analysis of the soil parameters of geological survey report and data of test pile and the characteristics of the superstructure,different types of piles were selected in different areas,including prestressed pipe piles,superfluid slurry retaining cast-in-place piles and large diameter post-grouting bored cast-in-place piles.At the same time,the performance characteristics of horizontal resistance piles were studied in depth,and the design solution of foundation horizontal resistance force was put forward.The principle of synergistic force between prestressed tie beam and horizontal resistance pile and the key points of joint design of mega-column foot were discussed.
