摘要
屈曲约束支撑在装配式结构中的应用是装配式结构抗震设计的一种新思路。以某带屈曲约束支撑的装配式整体混凝土框架结构的商务酒店为例,结合带屈曲约束支撑的消能减震技术,从抗震指标、经济性及工业化预制效率、建筑功能等多方面进行结构体系对比。采用MIDAS Gen软件对带屈曲约束支撑的装配式框架结构进行大震作用下抗震性能分析,并结合预制构件间的连接和屈曲约束支撑安装施工精度等因素,采用节点核心区预制的方案,随后对节点及构件接缝进行大震作用验算,计算结果满足规范要求。将屈曲约束支撑的消能减震技术和装配式结构结合,为提高装配式结构的抗震性能提供一种有效的技术选择。
The application of buckling-restrained braces in assembled structure is a new idea for seismic design of assembled structures.A commercial hotel project adopting a prefabricated concrete frame structure with buckling-restrained braces was taken as an example,the structural systems with buckling-restrained braces with other conventional structural systems were compared in terms of seismic index,economy,industrialization prefabrication efficiency and architectural function,etc.MIDAS Gen software was used to analyze the seismic performance of assembled concrete frame structure with buckling-braces under rare earthquake.Considering the connection practicability between prefabricated members and the installation accuracy of buckling-restrained braces,the scheme of prefabrication of concrete beam-column joints was adopted,and the earthquake action checking of joints and connections was carried out.The calculation results meet the requirements of the code.Combining the energy dissipation technology of buckling-restrained braces with the assembled structure to provide an effective technical choice for improving the seismic performance of the assembled structure.
