某大跨度单层索网幕墙转角方案设计 被引量:2

Design of corner plan for a large-span monolayer cable net glass curtain wall

摘要 大跨度单层索网支撑的点式玻璃幕墙结构刚度小,风荷载作用下变形很大,转角索容易形成两个方向的大位移。采用转角索设置横向弹簧杆,将转角区数根拉索连成整体,形成数根拉索的总刚度的方案,不仅可以减小侧向位移,还可调整弹簧杆的刚度,使侧向位移由转角索向两边均匀过度。该设计既能极大地弱化侧向位移,又能保持索幕墙的视觉通透性。转角索网幕墙的转角索与相邻索在正面风荷载方向存在较大的位移差,此位移差会导致玻璃发生转动,将角部分格细分,来减小此位移差,并通过夹具设计来降低玻璃转动形成的挤压;此外,单根索的变形由两端头至跨中逐渐增大,导致玻璃四个角点不共面,发生翘曲,需对玻璃面板进行最不利工况下的有限元分析,确保玻璃安全。 Large span point-supporting monolayer cable net glass curtain walls have small structure stiffness,the deformation under wind load is big,and the corner cable is easy to form a large displacement in both directions.The use of a corner cable to set the transverse spring rod,several cables in the corner area are connected into a whole,forming a total stiffness of several cables,not only the lateral displacement can be reduced,but also the stiffness of the spring rod can be adjusted,so that the lateral displacement is evenly excessive from the corner cable to both sides.The design can greatly weaken the lateral displacement and maintain the visual permeability of the curtain wall.There is a large displacement difference between the corner cable and the adjacent cable of the corner cable net glass curtain wall in the direction of the front wind load.This displacement difference will cause the glass to rotate,this displacement difference is reduced by subdividing the angular portion and the extrusion formed by the rotation of the glass is reduced by the fixture design.In addition,the deformation of the single cable gradually increases from the head to the middle of the span,resulting in the four corners of the glass being non-coplanar and warping.The finite element analysis of the glass panel under the most unfavorable conditions is required to ensure the safety of the glass.
