摘要
正交斜放钢网格空腹夹层板楼盖适合于平面尺寸长跨比大于1.5的多层大跨度公共与工业建筑。对该新型楼盖结构实际工程进行了静载试验,研究了正交斜放钢网格空腹夹层板上、下肋和剪力键受力特征及楼盖的变形规律,结果表明该新型楼盖结构整体性较好,具有良好的三维空间受力性能。采用SAP2000有限元软件建立工程结构整体模型进行数值模拟,发现挠度和应力试验实测值与SAP2000有限元软件理论计算值基本接近,且变化分布规律一致。
The open-web sandwich plate floor with orthogonal-diagonal arranged steel grid was suitable for multi-story and large-span public and industrial buildings with plane dimension ratio greater than 1. 5. The static load test of the new floor structure was carried out. The mechanical characteristics of the higher and lower rib and the shear keys and the deformation law of the floor were studied. The results show that the new floor structure has good integrity and good three-dimensional mechanical performance. By using SAP2000 finite element software,the whole model of engineering structure was established and simulated. It is found that the measured values of deflection and stress test are basically close to the calculated values of finite software theoretical calculation,and the variation distribution laws are consistent.
