摘要
湿陷性黄土地区采用一种DDC+CFG多桩型复合地基,这种复合地基布桩方式比较特别,两种桩的面积置换率无法准确计算。关于其地基承载力计算方法,《建筑地基处理技术规程》(JGJ 79—2012)没有明确说明,目前实际工作中的计算方法也有可完善之处。通过一高层建筑的多桩型复合地基设计实例,讨论了这种复合地基的地基承载力计算方法,并提出了一点建议,载荷试验和沉降观测也证明这种设想是可行的。
A kind of multi-type-pile composite foundation of DDC + CFG piles was used in collapsible loess areas,whose pile layout was unusual. As a result,its area replacement ratio can’ t be calculated accurately. In technical code for ground treatment of building,there were only instructions in principle,the design and calculation method of the bearing capacity of this composite foundation in the practical work can be perfect. Taking a multi-type-pile composite foundation of a high-rise building for an example,calculation method of the bearing capacity of this composite foundation was discussed,and some suggestions were put forward. Load test and settlement observation had confirmed that this idea was feasible.
