摘要
唐山金土地大型商业项目工程位于马家沟煤层采动波及影响区,存在地表移动和变形,结构设计难点较多。介绍了该工程地基与基础的抗变形、钢框架抗侧力体系、张弦网壳结构等的设计思路,证明通过选取合理的结构形式和力学模型,可以较好地实现建筑造型与功能要求。供同类工程设计建造时参考。
Tangshan Golden Land Large-scale Commercial Project is located in the mining and impact zone of the Majiagou coal seam. There are surface movements and deformations,and structural design is more difficult. The design ideas of the foundation and foundation of the project,such as anti-deformation,steel frame anti-side force system,and stringed net shell structure were introduced.
