摘要
宿迁苏宁广场项目位于8度抗震设防烈度区,其中办公楼结构主屋面高度98.4m,采用型钢混凝土框架-钢筋混凝土核心筒混合结构抗侧体系。通过对结构进行多程序的小震弹性时程对比分析、中震性能分析、大震弹塑性动力时程分析,对墙体受拉较大区域采用暗柱内增设型钢的加强措施,使结构各项指标满足抗震性能化设计要求,结果表明该结构体系能够满足预期的抗震性能要求。
Suqian Suning Plaza project is located in 8 degree seismic fortification intensity,the main roof height of the office building is 98. 4 m,steel reinforced concrete-reinforced concrete core tube mixed structure lateral resistant system was adopted. Through the analysis of small earthquakes in the elastic analysis,elastic time history analysis and seismic elastic plastic analysis,and to take appropriate and reasonable construction measures,in frame supported beam and pillar box are arranged type steel to improve the ductility and deformation capacity,and the key node specific construction details were given. The results show that the project under the earthquake action has good safety reserve.
