摘要
较为详细地介绍了广东省惠州市某体育馆屋盖钢结构的设计过程,屋盖钢结构采用变截面单跨工字形刚架,刚架间设置次钢梁及圆钢管作为刚性支撑,同时设置十字交叉式实心圆钢作为柔性支撑,保证了整个结构的强度、刚度和稳定性。采用有限元软件ANSYS对其相关节点进行了有限元分析。通过分析,了解到节点的受力性能及传力机理,分析结果可供同类工程参考。
The structural design of roof steel structure of gymnasium in Huizhou city of Guangdong province was illustrated in detail.The roof system was mainly composed of long-span curve rigid frames,between which were rigid bracing including secondary steel beams,steel tubes and flexible bracing composed of orthogonal steel bars.Thus the strength,stiffness and stability of the roof system was promised.Finite element analysis was carried out by using ANSYS.Through the analysis,it was understood that the mechanical properties of the joints and the transmission mechanism,which can provide reference to this kind of structure design.
