摘要
国新大厦结构2层存在多处转换,转换梁最大跨度达33.6m,标准层楼面开洞尺度较大,有效楼板宽度仅占35%。针对这些结构超限情况,采用基于性能化的抗震设计方法,从宏观的整体位移角指标控制及关键构件性能化设计两个方面对结构进行了有针对性的计算分析。分析方法可为类似结构提供一定技术参考。
There are several transfer beams on the second floor of China reform holdings(Shang Hai) corporation LTD building,the largest transfer span is 33.6 m,and the effective width of the standard floor with large opening hole is only35%.Performance-based seismic design was used against the transfinite options.Two aspects are considered through caculation and analysis,include inter-story displacement rotation controlling and the key components performance-based designing.Analysis methods can provide some technical reference for the similar structure.
