摘要
轻型屋面钢结构檩条的布置和设计,对整个结构的安全与经济起着重要的作用。本文从材质、截面型式、檩距以及连续化等方面,结合新规程2012年版《门式刚架轻型房屋钢结构技术规程》(CECS 102:2002)和《冷弯薄壁型钢结构技术规范》(GB 50018—2002),采用STS软件对其用钢量进行了比较分析,给出了檩条设计过程中可采用的优化建议。
The layout and design of the purlins of the lightweight steel roofing structure plays an important role in the safety and economy of the whole structure. In order to provide optimal recommendations that can be used in the design of purlins,the software STS was employed for comparing and analyzing of the steel consumption by considering the aspects of material,section types,purlin spacing,and continuity based on the newly published specifications of 2012 Technical specification for steel structure of light-weight buildings with gabled frames( CECS 102: 2002) and Technical code for design of cold-formed thin-wall steel structures( GB 50018—2002).
