酸、碱、氯盐对玄武岩纤维布加固钢筋混凝土梁抗弯性能的影响 被引量:6

Effects of acid,alkaline and chlorine salt on flexural behavior of reinforced concrete beams strengthened by basalt fiber cloth

摘要 分别通过对酸、碱、氯盐溶液腐蚀60d后的玄武岩纤维布加固钢筋混凝土梁进行的静力抗弯试验,研究了三种溶液对玄武岩纤维布加固既有损伤钢筋混凝土梁抗弯性能的影响。结果表明:三种溶液均降低了试验梁承载能力,粘贴相同层数纤维布时,随溶液浓度增加,试验梁承载能力有降低趋势,且随纤维布粘贴层数增加,此种降低趋势越加明显;三种溶液中氯盐溶液影响最小;三种溶液对试验梁的破坏形态影响较小。 Through static bending tests of basalt fiber cloth strengthening reinforced concrete beams corroded by acid solution,alkaline solution and chlorine salt solution for 60 d respectively,effects of three kinds of solutions on flexural behavior of damaged concrete beam strengthened by basalt fiber cloth were studied. The results show that all of three kinds of solution reduce the bearing capacities of test beams. When the same number of fiber cloth layer was pasted the bearing capacity of test beam has a decreasing tendency with the increase of solution concentration,and with the increase of fiber cloth layer,the above increasing trend is more obvious. The effect of chlorine salt solution in three solutions is the minimum. The effects of three solutions on failure pattern of test beam are minor.
