摘要
分别开展了钢筋桁架组合楼板在施工阶段和使用阶段的静力试验,获得了施工阶段钢筋桁架模板体系的变形特征以及使用阶段钢筋桁架组合楼板的破坏形式。研究了底部钢板、剪跨比等因素对钢筋桁架组合楼板使用阶段抗弯性能的影响,底部钢板可提高钢筋桁架组合楼板的抗弯承载力及抗弯刚度,剪跨比会影响钢筋桁架组合楼板的破坏形式及抗弯承载力。通过理论分析,给出不同高度钢筋桁架模板体系在施工阶段的最大无支撑跨度,提出钢筋桁架组合楼板在使用阶段的正截面抗弯承载力简化计算公式。
Static loading tests for steel bar truss composite slabs under construction loads and service loads were carried out.The deformation feature of the steel bar truss formwork system during construction phase was obtained as well as the failure modes of steel bar truss composite slab during service phase. The influences of the bottom steel sheeting and the shear-span ratio on the bending behavior of steel bar truss composite slab during service phase were investigated. The bottom steel sheeting can improve the bending bearing capacity and stiffness of steel bar truss composite slab,the shear span ratio can also affect the failure form and bending bearing capacity of steel bar truss composite slab. The maximum span without support for steel bar truss formworks with different heights was obtained by theoretical analyses. The simplified formula of bending bearing capacity of steel bar truss composite slab during service phase was proposed.
