摘要
银城广场总高度80m,由主楼和辅楼两部分组成。主要介绍该工程的地基基础设计、主楼部分的结构形式和设计特点,研究结构的整体抗震性能,合理选择计算模型,对计算结果分析比较。针对结构设计中遇到的地下室超长、桩基础内埋管、局部转换、吊柱等关键技术问题进行认真的分析,并提出解决方法及加强措施。
The total height of Yincheng Plaza is 80m,which is composed of two parts-main building and auxiliary building.The engineering foundation design and the design characteristics of the main part were introduced,the seismic performance of the overall structure was studied,and calculation models were reasonable selected.The calculation results was analyzed and compared.Some key technical problems were seriously analyzed such as the structural design of super long basement,encountered in pile foundation embedded pipes,partial conversion,and davit and so on,and puts forward the solving methods and strengthening measure were put forward.
